Ten days, one ballroom, physical tables
Every session is dealt live at the resort. Your event ticket admits you to the days listed for that pass. It does not create an account for remote play.
Satellite Qualifiers & Welcome Reception

Opening day
The ballroom foyer desk opens at 14:00 for event-ticket holders. Welcome reception at 19:00 in the Palm Court. Satellite qualifier begins at 20:00 on physical tables.

Daylight and evening satellites
Two in-person qualifier sessions, seated at 14:00 and 20:00. Registration closes when the published physical seats for that session are filled.

Last qualifier at 18:00, followed by a hospitality supper for registered guests in L’Orangerie. Main-event seating plans are posted at the foyer desk.

Same ballroom, second starting flight, 14:00. Spectators with a valid event ticket may stand in the marked gallery if a seat is not in play.

One table only, center floor of the Grand Ballroom, 14:00. Black-tie gallery opens to gala guests at 13:00. The trophy remains on site.

Trophy presentation and gala
Presentation in the ballroom at 18:00. Black-tie gala dinner at 20:00 in the Palm Court. The championship closes on the property that night.
All matches are played live in-person on physical tables at our resort.
The hotel, beyond the ballroom
Resort & hospitality
Valmont Crown is a full-service hotel. Guests sleep, dine, and recover on the property. These services are hospitality, and they are booked as part of a stay or through the concierge. They are not online games.
Michelin-starred Dining
L’Orangerie serves a seated dining-room menu to hotel guests and event-ticket holders. Reserve a table with the concierge after your event ticket is issued. The dining room is a restaurant, not a gaming floor.
Thermal Spa
Marble hammam, quiet room, and thermal pool reserved for registered hotel guests. Spa appointments are arranged by the concierge and are available throughout the championship week.
VIP Concierge
Airport greeting for Stay & Play guests, valet coordination, dress-code guidance, and ballroom seating questions. The desk is in the arrival hall and is staffed in person from 31 October through 10 November.

Box office telephone, on property: +377 98 00 26 10. The foyer desk is open 12:00–22:00 from 1 to 10 November 2026 and issues the physical credential when you present photo ID.
Arrival
- From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: about 35–50 minutes by the A8 toward Monaco, then to the resort arrival court. Stay & Play guests are met at the airport by the hotel limousine.
- From Monaco-Monte-Carlo station: about eight minutes by taxi to 7 Avenue des Palmiers.
- Valet parking is at the Arrival Court and is complimentary for guests holding an event ticket, from 12:00 on 1 November. There is no public self-park during the championship.
Dress code
- Days 1–7: Smart casual. Collared shirt, tailored trouser or dress. Sportswear, beachwear, and caps are not admitted to the ballroom.
- Days 8–10, final table and gala: Black tie.

Arrival & Valet
The covered court on Avenue des Palmiers. Event-ticket holders leave cars with valet. Stay & Play limousines stop here. The age and ID check for the ballroom is repeated at the foyer, not at the kerb.
Historic Grand Ballroom
Home of the satellites, the main event, and the final table. Capacity is 500 physical seats, including the playing floor and the marked spectator gallery.
Oak Salon
The High Roller Invitational is played here on 7 November, on physical tables, for VIP event tickets. The salon is inside the hotel, one floor above the ballroom foyer.
Thermal Spa
East wing, garden level. Open to registered hotel guests. Appointments are made with the concierge after arrival.
Palace Suites
Upper floors of the original wing. Stay & Play holds a suite from 31 October to 10 November. Other event tickets do not hold a room.
L’Orangerie
The hotel dining room, opening onto the palm court. Supper on 3 November and the gala on 10 November are seated here or in the adjoining court.
Venue FAQ
The event ticket follows the Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancel on or before 18 October 2026 for a full refund of the base fare. Cancel from 19 through 25 October 2026 and half the base fare is returned. From 26 October 2026 the fare is kept, because the seat has been held in a 500-seat ballroom. A trip you cannot make is not converted into remote participation. If the resort cancels the championship, every event ticket is refunded in full.
A valid government-issued photo ID — passport or national identity card — in the same name as the event ticket. It must show that you are at least 18. Guests whose home jurisdiction sets a higher casino-entry age must meet that higher age. A photograph of a document, a screenshot, or a hotel key card is not accepted. Without ID, the door does not admit the guest.
No. This is exclusively a physical, live tournament. Cards are dealt on tables in the Grand Ballroom and the Oak Salon. This website sells admission passes for those rooms. You cannot be dealt a hand, join a table, or take part from anywhere except the resort.
A room is guaranteed only with the Stay & Play Package: ten nights, check-in 31 October 2026, check-out 10 November 2026, for the named guest. The Tournament Pass and the VIP High Roller event ticket do not include a room. Those guests may ask the concierge for a separate hospitality rate, subject to rooms that are still free.

This page sells admission to a physical tournament. The controller does not operate online gambling and does not ask for payment-card numbers here.
What this demonstration stores. A session flag on your device records that you confirmed the age statement. It lives in sessionStorage and ends when the browser session ends. Names, email addresses, and telephone numbers typed into the ticket request stay in page memory for the preview and are not sent to a server by this demonstration.
What a production box office would collect. Full legal name as on the photo ID, email address, telephone number, the event ticket selected, the quantity, and a record that you agreed to show ID at the door. The controller does not ask this website to store a copy of the identity document.
Purposes and legal bases. To issue the event ticket and seat the guest (contract). To check legal age and keep an entry list for the licensed casino (legal obligation). To protect the ballroom and the hotel (legitimate interests). Guest details are not sold and are not shared with affiliate marketers or third-party gambling websites.
Retention. Production records needed for the event ticket and accounting are kept for up to 24 months after 10 November 2026, then deleted or reduced to a form that no longer identifies the guest, unless a longer period is required by Monaco law.
Your rights. You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the Monaco data-protection authority, the APDP (Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles), 11 rue du Gabian, 98000 Monaco. Send requests to [email protected]. The controller answers within one month, unless the law allows an extension.
Terms & Conditions
These terms cover admission passes sold by Valmont Crown Hospitality S.A. for The Grand Autumn Championship 2026, held in person at Valmont Crown Resort & Casino, 7 Avenue des Palmiers, 98000 Monaco.
The contract is for entry to the hotel ballroom and, where the package says so, a hotel suite and airport transfer. It is not a contract for online gambling, a remote seat, or a wager placed through this website.
The named guest must be of legal age to enter the physical casino and must show government-issued photo ID at the door. The resort may refuse entry if the ID does not match the event ticket or does not prove legal age. House rules of the land-based casino apply inside the gaming rooms, including dress, conduct, and the director’s decisions at the table.
Event tickets are issued to a named person. A transfer to another adult guest must be approved by the box office before the day of the session. Seats are limited to 500 in the Grand Ballroom.
Photography of other guests and of hole cards is not permitted without the floor director’s consent. The resort may remove a guest who interferes with play, staff, or other guests. In that case the refund policy for a guest who leaves early does not award a further sum.
Schedules may move within the published days for reasons of safety or timing. A change of start time inside the same day is not a cancellation of the championship. Cancellation of the event itself is covered by the refund policy.
Monaco law governs these terms. The courts of Monaco have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

This website does not take a stake and does not deal a hand. Gaming that forms part of the championship happens only at physical tables inside the licensed hotel, for guests who have passed the door with an event ticket and photo ID.
Set a limit before you sit. Do not chase losses. Do not borrow to enter a further session. Step away from the table when it stops being entertainment. Staff can explain the venue’s self-exclusion and time-out options at the guest-care desk in the foyer. A guest may ask to be barred from the casino rooms; the hotel will still honor a paid suite that does not require those rooms, unless the guest prefers to leave.
If you are concerned about your own play or someone else’s, speak to the guest-care desk or use the telephone lines above. Do not wait for the end of the tournament.
Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds apply to the base fare of the event ticket or package. The municipal levy preview is refunded on the same basis when it has actually been collected by the box office. This demonstration page does not collect money.
- On or before 18 October 2026 (14 days before the opening session): full refund of the base fare.
- 19–25 October 2026: refund of 50% of the base fare. The balance is kept because the physical seat was withheld from sale.
- On or after 26 October 2026: the fare is not refunded, including for illness or a missed flight, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
- If the resort cancels the championship: full refund of every event ticket and of the room portion of Stay & Play.
A guest who cannot travel is not offered a remote seat, a credit for online play, or any other off-site substitute. The only remedies are the refund above or, with box-office approval before the session, a transfer to another named adult who can attend in person and can show photo ID.
Stay & Play suites follow the same dates. After 25 October 2026 the suite hold is released only at the resort’s discretion, and the package fare is not refunded under this policy.
To request a cancellation, write to [email protected] with the guest’s full name, the pass selected, and the reservation reference. In production, approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days. This demonstration does not take payment, so there is nothing to return until a real box-office charge exists.
